Advanced Queue uses a Soft Call Pad to provide information regarding the queue number and waiting. This software can be installed on any computer and enables the employee to have total control of the customers he or she handles.

The Soft Call Pad can also be used to execute a number of assorted functions, where each key has a specific function.

The Soft Call Pad can be used to execute the following functions:

  • The RECALL - key recalls the recent queue number
  • The CLEAR -key clears any input
  • The PAUSE -key pauses the service and the pause will be displayed
  • The MODE -key sets the call pad
  • The VALIDER -key confirms the input
  • The REDIRIGER -key saves the input
  • The TRANSFER -key transfers the queue number to another terminal or service
