Advanced Queue Ticketing Kiosk has a Status Display Unit (SDU) whereby it provides information regarding the customer's queue status. It gives an all-round view of queue status. It also provides information on the counter number and ticket number being served.

The SDU is connected to an LED display unit which displays queue status, counter number, etc. so that customers are always kept aware of their status in the queue. It can also be customized to display promotional messages, engaging visuals, etc.

It can be fixed according to your convenience such as wall mounting, ceiling suspension or on a desk. The messages are displayed in multi-directional or flashing mode. The CDU is activated when the service representative presses the next button and remains activated for a specific time. When the counter is inactive the CDU display goes off or displays any other customized messages.
